While working in Scotland, John achieved Independent Financial Adviser Status on passing The Chartered Insurance Institute Financial Planning Certificates 1, 2 & 3 (March 1994).

On returning to Derry he improved his qualifications by obtaining both the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) Certificate in Auctioneering & Estate Agency Practice in June 1999 and The Chartered Institute of Bankers Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice in September 1999.

As Estate Agency Manager Johns’ role is to ensure as far as possible that your house sale, from initial valuation through the selling process to ultimate completion is as smooth as possible.
